What does "MyTahanan Verified" mean?+
PRC license checked against the public registry, government ID confirmed, brokerage on the DHSUD list, and a duplicate/fraud scan complete. Re-verified annually.
Is it free to message an agent?+
Free for buyers, renters, and sellers. Agents pay a MyTahanan Pro subscription. We never charge consumers for introductions.
Can I work with more than one agent?+
Yes — until you sign an exclusive buyer's or listing agreement. We'll show you side-by-side comparisons in your saved-agents list (coming soon).
How do you handle bad-actor agents?+
Three-strike policy. Repeated misleading listings or unresolved client complaints get removed permanently and reported to the PRC if warranted.
